In the lower part of the property, surrounded by a rich vegetation, are the spurred cordon vines of the prestigious Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio.
Around the central body of the millstone, with the olive trees as a frame, there are the oldest vineyards also planted with the noble Etnean vine.
A little further up, beyond the farm’s small lake, are the new lava stone terraces, cultivated with alberello vines, where the Carricante grape, which we use for the production of Etna White DOC, matures.
